The Soul of Water,
the Heart of the Earth
From water to leaves, this is our story
The Sele River has shaped our plain: from swamps to fertile gardens, from uncultivated land to an agricultural landscape. Today, as a benefit corporation, we embrace this heritage with a renewed commitment: to cultivate and give back value to the land that sustains us.
For 2,500 years, a land cherished for its fertility
The Sele Plain has always been connected to water. The Sele River made it fertile, attracting peoples and cultures since ancient times: the Greeks for its springs, the Bourbons for the rich wildlife of the Persano Oasis. Today, the same land hosts one of the most important baby leaf cultivations in Europe.
A balanced microclimate, a breathing biodiversity
This long agricultural history, supported by abundant water and a mild climate that shields against winter frosts, has made the Sele Plain the ideal place for leafy vegetables.
A tradition that Noschese carries forward with renewed purpose: nurturing quality and honoring the land that sustains us.
A company that sows ethics and reaps the future
Being a Benefit Corporation is not just a formality for us, but a concrete commitment: to give back to the land what it provides. We measure our value not only in the harvests we produce, but in the regenerated soil, the clean energy we generate, the job opportunities we create, and the agricultural culture we preserve.
Traceable, from sowing to delivery
Every pallet that leaves our fields carries its own story: the field, batch, harvest date, packaging, and destination.
From the roots of history, our products are born
Our work begins with water and soil, and is completed with careful cultivation practices. Every leaf is not only delicious to taste: it is a testament to a method that regenerates the soil, uses clean energy, and creates shared value.
Master of Leaves
the pinnacle of selection
Master of Leaves is the name of our product line, designed for those who seek products with identity, method, and performance.
Our Method:
Natural Precision
Cultivating is not just about sowing and harvesting. It is about understanding the language of the land, working with its rhythms, interpreting light, time, and water. It is turning science into daily practice.
Our method was born this way: from an agricultural vision that combines advanced technology, agronomic observation, and absolute respect for natural rhythms.
Native Varieties
Conservation of Energy and Resources

Transparency that Empowers
We use special UV-open translucent plastics that filter sunlight in a targeted way, stimulating the plants’ natural phenolic processes. This helps them develop more intense color, stronger aromas, and a firmer structure.
Every leaf, its own water
Thanks to a calibrated micro-irrigation system, we supply water specifically for each crop. This minimizes waste and ensures efficient root absorption, contributing to balanced growth.
Quality harvest
Even before the harvest, our team walks through the rows for a manual pre-selection. We discard any leaf that does not meet our standards for visual quality, texture, and agronomic balance. Only the best make it to the harvest.
Freshness that lasts
As soon as they are harvested, our products are cooled slowly, without thermal stress. This process, called Slow Cooling, preserves vitality, freshness, and aroma, enhancing shelf life and the dining experience.
