How it works
By traceability, we mean the ability to reconstruct the history of each leaf: field and date of harvest, warehouse transfers, packaging, destination.
Step 1
On the field
We create the Lot of Production (LP) with essential data (field, variety, harvest date).
Step 2
In stock
We record the packaging, weight, GGN, customer/destination; we create the Drilling (batch) and Label 2.
Step 3
From the customer, backwards
We create the shipping event (carrier, date/time) and the delivery confirmation.
Read the labels, read the supply chain
Each pallet has two labels: in the field, the Field Label is created to identify the origin; in the warehouse, the Departure Label is added to complete the logistics process.

From sowing to pallet: the data that accompanies the product
Each batch travels with its own identity via a QR code. This information is stored in the management system and key events are tracked, so the supply chain is traceable forwards and verifiable backwards with proof of integrity and a certified date.

Our system works in two directions: forward from the production batch to the customer, and backward from the customer to the production batch and field data.
