The Noschese family
Since 1802, our family has been cultivating the Piana del Sele with the same idea that has guided every generation: caring for the land before producing. A legacy of precision, respect, and discipline that lives on in a simple principle: a leaf is only good if the person who picks it would put it on their own table. Today, we work with a modern vision, but one rooted in that care: the land is an asset to be protected, not exploited.
From a local farm to a company specializing in exports throughout Europe
Over the years, we have transformed ourselves into a modern company without losing our original spirit. We have invested in technology, precision, and training, but always with the idea that true innovation is that which respects people and the earth.
Low-impact agriculture
We choose naturally resistant seeds, alternate crops with rotations and green manure, and cultivate with biostimulants and beneficial insects. Every leaf grows in harmony with the ecosystem.
Smart logistics and essential packaging
We use reusable and sanitizable crates. Our logistics routes are short and strategic, reducing our impact thanks also to intermodality.
Clean energy, concrete commitment
Our energy comes from the sun thanks to our 50 kW photovoltaic system; our carbon footprint, tracked since 2019, is decreasing year after year. A clear path, recognized by the ESG Synesgy rating: B – Good.
